HaulAI Command Center Academy

We partner with trusted fulfillment providers (Printful and CJDropshipping) to ship your orders quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Custom products (flip-file placards, apparel, training kits) may take 3–7 business days for production.

Shipping Times & Costs

•  Domestic (U.S.): 3–8 business days after processing

•  Expedited options are available at checkout

•  Free shipping on orders over $150 (standard ground shipping)

International Shipping

We ship to select countries. International orders typically take 10–25 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Provide your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
